Problem

FedEx needed a real-time view of where every shipment sat on the dock, without manual tracking.

What I did

• Owned the $200M RFID and RTLS program from business case through deployment
• Tied the location data into shipment management so dock operations ran on live data
• Led the engineering and vendor teams through rollout

Result

• $50M in annual savings
